How do I create a try-on?
Add a photo of yourself, then paste a product link from any online store or upload a photo of an outfit. We generate an image of you wearing it, usually within a minute.
What kind of photo works best?
A full-body photo in fitted clothing, taken straight on in good lighting. Mirror selfies work great.
How many try-ons do I get?
Free accounts get 5 try-ons per day. Lite gets 20 per day, and Plus is unlimited. You can manage your plan from Billing on the web or in the iOS app.
Is there an app?
Yes — the virtual.fit iOS app includes a Safari extension, so you can start a try-on directly from any product page while you shop.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to generate your try-ons — never to train AI models — and are private to your account. Deleting a photo removes it permanently. See our privacy policy for details.
A try-on looks wrong. What can I do?
Results depend a lot on the input photo. Try a clearer full-body photo, and make sure the product page or outfit photo shows the garment clearly. Failed try-ons never count against your daily limit. If something keeps going wrong, email us and we will take a look.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased on the web can be managed from the Billing page. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through your App Store account settings.
