3. Your Photos

Your photos exist for one purpose: generating your try-ons.

• We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos you upload and try-on images generated for you are never used for model training.
• Your photos and try-ons are private to your account by default.
• We do not sell your photos or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
• Photos are processed by our generation infrastructure only for the time needed to create your try-on.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate try-ons and provide the service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Communicate with you about our service
• Respond to your inquiries
• Ensure the technical functioning and safety of our service
• Improve the service using aggregated, non-photo usage data

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your photos and try-ons only while your account is active, so your history stays available to you.

• When you delete a photo or try-on, it's removed from your account immediately and permanently deleted from our systems, including backups, within 30 days.
• When you delete your account, all of your photos and try-ons are permanently deleted within the same 30-day period.
• If you use virtual.fit without an account, photos you upload and try-ons generated for you are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Account and usage records are retained only as long as necessary.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, though no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

We process your data based on:
